So it isn't just me that wants to put her in my showbiz blender then... I can't imagine what life would be like without Marky Sparky!

I'm with you - I love Marks and I could eat their cranberry and pomegranate gums by the wagon-load I'm afraid.

I love that window! It looks like the idea of a perfect country show, as imagined by Country living!

Oh! DH and I will be visiting London next week - we're so excited, it's our first visit!

Have now added Sparkies to our list of places to visit - I love gums; can't wait to try the cranberry & pomegranate ones, we don't have them here in Canada.

Ah, yes. Marks & Sparks.....good stuff. And I totally agree about Miss Myleen. I think the word is "overkill" as she's on damn near everything you see these days. Certainly puts me off buying the product.

We have been without Marks and Spencers in Canada for over ten years. When they first closed, I was in a panic that my children would not have underwear because I could not imagine buying their underwear anywhere else let alone being without their food floor. I hope to visit one soon with an upcoming visit to the UK.

I really do think Marks & Spencer have pulled off the tricky art of appealling to all generations. I know it wasn't always so but these days I rarely see a wider range of clothes styles in one store. And they are perfect for gifts with their generous returns policy. Most people visit M&S a lot more often than they used to visit Woolworths, so hopefully they won't go the same way.

There was a MS in Amsterdam for a couple of years. A bit of England in the Netherlands. I really miss it.
